The Role

As our Head of Fulfilment, you’re not just managing processes—you’re driving our mission to deliver an exceptional customer experience every time. You’ll lead our end-to-end fulfilment strategy, overseeing warehouse operations, managing 3PL partnerships, and implementing smart systems that keep our products moving quickly and accurately. Your goal is to optimise every step of the journey from order to delivery, ensuring we consistently exceed expectations.

But this role is more than fulfilment and KPIs, it’s about collaboration and innovation. You’ll work closely with your team, build strong relationships with partners, and constantly seek new ways to elevate our fulfilment game. Whether you’re solving the latest challenge, scouting new market opportunities or creating a culture of excellence, you’ll play a pivotal role in our company’s growth story.

The Person

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in fulfilment, supply chain, or warehouse management with proven success managing 3PL partnerships, driving operational efficiencies and implementing WHS protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications: WHS qualifications or relevant experience preferred, with familiarity in systems like ShipHero, Extensiv, Shopify and 3PL Partner tools, making you a pro at navigating fulfilment tech landscapes.

Skills: Strategic leader with strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail and an analytical, commercially minded approach to optimising processes, managing budgets and negotiating contracts.

Communication: Engaging communicator who excels at building relationships, aligning teams toward common goals and translating complex processes into actionable plans that inspire your team.

Qualities: Energetic, adaptable and passionate about continuous improvement, you thrive in fast-paced environments, lead with a hands-on, collaborative approach and are always ready to jump in wherever needed to make an impact.
