We don’t just find you great candidates, we actually really care about them succeeding in their new role. We keep in contact with them throughout their onboarding phase and if either party believes they’re not a perfect match, we encourage you to reach out to us for support. This is where our HR team can also give you guidance on how to help them succeed and ensure you meet your Fair Work obligations before letting them go.
