I love storm season! From checking the BOM radar every 10minutes to standing out in the middle of a storm getting soaked trying to get a good photo.
I am a big fan of entertaining my family or friends at home. You will often find us on weekends firing up the OzPig and cooking something delicious for our nearest and dearest.
Going on getaways and adventures is always on the top of my to-do list. The sticking point is I have a 2-hour threshold in a car that my husband knows all too well.
I have a strong passion for anything in the creative space whether this is painting or resin art.
I am a wife and very proud mum to one teenage son heading towards his final stage of high school, and one older child who is currently studying at Uni. All of us hybrid British/NZ/Australians.
I love being healthy and active, playing tennis and running, but I also love finding new places to eat and undoing all my hard work with lots of food and wine.

When I get time to escape, you’ll most likely find me and my best friend/husband cruising down the beach on Bribie Island in our Rubicon Jeep Wrangler. This is one of my favourite spots in Australia to camp on the beach and unwind.
My team often mock me for all the analogies and sayings I use so I thought I’d share some of my fav sayings here: ‘stop existing and start living’, ‘start as you mean to go on’, ‘if you worry before you should, you’ll worry more than you should’.
Purple Playground is my second entrepreneurial venture, the first being a camper trailer hire company we established back in 2009 which combined my love of camping with being my own boss!
