As the Founder of The PX Collective, I collaborate with Purple Playground to support clients with leadership, culture and organisational effectiveness.
With more than 18 years in People and Culture, including over a decade in senior leadership, I help organisations understand what’s really driving their people experience, culture and performance, then work alongside them to improve it.
I’ve led People functions and partnered with executives, boards and People teams across complex organisations. My work spans organisational and team effectiveness, executive coaching, leadership development, culture change and people strategy. I’m known for getting beneath the surface, making sense of complexity and turning insight into practical action. No enormous report that quietly gathers dust required.
Outside of work:
I’m a purpose-driven strategic thinker and problem solver with a diverse background in B2B marketing, helping Purple Playground connect meaningfully with small business HR leaders.
Outside of work:
I’ve built my experience in administration across different industries, mostly supporting recruitment and looking after business and systems tasks. A lot of what I do involves scheduling interviews, coordinating with leaders, managing calendars, and making sure processes run smoothly. I like putting things in order, finding ways to make systems work better, and helping leaders and teams stay focused on what matters most.

With over 25 years experience in human resources across a range of industries I specialise in supporting business leaders with practical, compliant advice on employee relations, performance management and employment legislation interpretation. I’m passionate about helping organisations enhance their leader capabilities and navigate HR challenges to ensure both compliance and a positive employee experience.
I have extensive experience across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on HR operations, compliance and system optimisation. I particularly enjoy facilitating workshops and training, partnering with leaders to streamline processes, driving practical people solutions that enhance employee engagement and add measurable value to the organisation.
