BidWrite is a tender response writing, training & advisory based in Brisbane. The team at BidWrite reached out to us initially off the back of a performance management problem with a team member. After identifying and actioning a proactive HR plan with their leaders, we uncovered their real challenge – the need for a better recruitment strategy. Helping them to attract new staff, manage performance once onboarded and build leadership capability has allowed them to build a stronger presence across 3 states and become more competitive in their field. Macro Mike delivers deliciously clean treats to health-conscious people around Australia.
