Everything you need to know before you join

What is the minimum term?

Our minimum membership term is 12 months, and there’s a good reason for that. 

We’re not about quick fixes or tick-a-box templates. The HR Membership is designed to support your business across a full year so we can help you plan ahead, tackle challenges as they come up, and build solid, sustainable people practices that actually stick. 

Think of it like a gym membership – using it once won’t get you results. The real value comes from showing up consistently, building habits, and seeing progress over time. And we’re here to spot you along the way. 

Still in your first 12 months? That part is locked in – just like a gym membership. It helps us keep things fair and consistent for all members, and gives you the time to see real value.

We know business needs change, and while we’d love to be your HR sidekick forever, we won’t make it awkward if it’s time to move on. Just give us 30 days’ notice and we’ll wrap things up properly, so you’re not left in the lurch.

Yes, you can. We know business needs evolve, and we’ve built the HR Membership to flex with you. The only thing to keep in mind: if you’re still within your initial 12-month commitment, you can upgrade anytime, but downgrades will apply after that period ends. No tricky contracts or hidden fees – just transparent support that scales with your business. 

We get it, sharing is caring. But when it comes to logins, it’s a no from us. 

Each HR Membership comes with a single login for security, version control integrity, and nerdy compliance reasons. But don’t worry – if you’ve got leaders or team members who also need access, just let us know. Depending on your membership level, we can set up additional users or upgrade your membership to include broader access. 

We’re all about making it easy for the right people to get what they need – without turning your account into a free-for-all.

Monthly Webinars: Available to ALL members

Personalised Support:

Level 1 – A 30-minute consultation is included for each membership-included template/resource you use or that you have purchased separately. Additional support is billed per our price list.

Level 2 – Book time with your dedicated HR Business Partner for advice, next steps, and light tailoring of templates.

Level 3 – Everything in Level 2, plus your nominated People Leaders can also access your HR Business Partner for guidance related to their team.

Not quite – and that’s by design. 

Our HR Membership is built to support the people leading your people. 

Each membership level is designed to support the business owners, managers, and anyone responsible for people and culture. We focus on building capability where it matters most, so your people leaders are confident having the crucial conversations, making proactive decisions, and handling the tricky stuff before it becomes a problem.   

That way, instead of relying on us to step in every time, your internal leaders become equipped to manage their teams with clarity, confidence, and compliance, with us in their corner when they need backup. 

Please note that each of our 3 membership levels support different leaders within your organisation, so please read the overview for each membership level to determine which level works best for you. 

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm AEST (excluding Queensland public holidays). We don’t work weekends or send 2am emails – we practice what we preach and value the right to disconnect (for you and for us!).

Here’s what level of support is included based on your membership level:

Level 1: HR Compliance
The nominated account holder can contact us for support. For each template or resource included in your membership (or purchased separately), you can book a 30-minute consultation with your HR Business Partner to help customise it for your business at no extra charge. Any additional support or documentation is billed as per our price list (available on request).

Level 2: HR Habits
The nominated account holder can access personalised support included in your membership at no extra charge.

Level 3: HR Impact
Personalised support is included for the nominated account holder and your nominated people leaders at no extra charge.

Nope – we don’t charge per head. That’s not our style. 

Your HR Membership is priced based on the level of support you need, not how many people are on your payroll. We know growing teams go through busy seasons, and the last thing we want is for you to dread adding new team members because it’ll hike up your HR bill. 

That said, if your business grows significantly or your needs shift (think: new locations, extra leaders, or major structural changes), we’ll chat with you about whether your current level is still the right fit. No surprise invoices – just open conversations and the right support as you scale. 

Super simple – choose your membership level and pay securely by card or direct debit. All memberships are set up on a monthly basis, keeping things flexible and easy.

We sure do! We know everyone has different needs, and we’re here to help. 

If you’ve got a specific HR challenge or project (like a policy overhaul, a tricky employee issue, a restructure, or a one-off compliance audit), we can jump in and help on a fee-for-project basis.
